北京兴美亚化工有限公司于1996年在北京成立。伴随着中国涂料市场的发展，公司从最初单一代理进口美礼联化工公司的钛白粉，发展到目前能够配套供应多品种的涂料助剂以及功能型填料。公司业务得到不断的壮大，成为中国北方地区涂料行业，尤其是乳胶漆行业原材料的专业供应商。
随着中国经济的发展，涂料行业对新技术和新原料的需求日益迫切。做为中国国内生产厂和国外供应商之间的桥梁，兴美亚公司一贯以引进优秀原料为己任。至今已成功引进中国北方涂料市场的代表性产品有：水性涂料用助剂、粉料、色浆色卡调色设备及干混砂浆中添加剂。主要的供应商包括陶氏化学、美礼联、英力士、赛立特、索尔、海明斯、法国宝时和西班牙TOLSA集团等。
2008年8月公司新增加了汉高（原国民淀粉）乳液产品的销售，产品包括涂料及建材行业用乳液。2008年公司还取得了德国瓦克化学的电子行业用有机硅产品在中国北方地区的代理资格。2010年公司还取得了美国Walex公司除臭产品的中国大陆总代理权。
公司的业务范围遍及北方地区，目前正在拓展华东市场，公司以北京为总部，分别在天津、青岛、济南、沈阳、西安、太原、郑州和新疆设有办公室及仓库。希望能为涂料生产厂提供良好的技术和周到的商务服务。
Established in 1996 in Beijing , SINMAYA Chemical developed its business from titanium dioxide of Millennium Chemicals to multiple coating additives and functional fillers, supplies total solution to latex coating producers in Northern China . The company is the most active latex coating additive solution supplier in the region, supplies top quality materials around the world. It has been growing with its suppliers and business partners in last 10 years.
With economy development in China , more new technologies and materials are needed in coating industry, SINMAYA Chemical bridges market gap between domestic customers and foreign suppliers. SINMAYA imports water based additives, powder materials, and dry-mixing mortar additives, main suppliers including DOW Chemical Company, Ashland Specialty Chemical Company, Millennium Chemicals, INEOS Silicas, Celite, MELICSEA, Thor, ELEMENTIS SPEICALTIES, PROTEX and Group TOLSA etc.
In August of 2008,we newly added emulsion products from Hankel (origional National Starch),which the products can be used in coating and construction products. Also in 2008, product portfolio was extend to Wacker Chemical's silcone products for electronic applications in Northern China.
Coorperation with Walex Products Company of USA in 2010, SINMAYA Chemical is now distribution its deordorizers in China market.
To meet customers' need, SINMAYA Chemical set up subsidiaries and affiliates in North China. The company has affiliates and warehouses located in Tianjin, Qingdao, Ji'nan, Jinan, Shenyang, Dalian, Xi'an, Taiyuan and Xinjiang.
